Time to Change

And we're back! We've had lots of changes and happenings in our family lately. Busy busy!

First off, this guy is now 4 months old. What? He's such a happy baby and we love him so much. Here are his stats from his Dr.'s visit.

Weight: 17.17 lbs (86%)
Length: 25.12 in. (54%)
Head: 16.9 in. (67%)

He's a big kid! He's got lots of rolls and chub. He finally worked up enough power to roll over from his tummy to his back. It's pretty hard to roll 17 pounds of baby when you're that little!

Ellie- 4 months
Caleb- 4 months

I love seeing how much these two look alike every month. Caleb definitely has more rolls...I mean, muscles.

Caleb tried his first solids this month. He liked it, I think. So far he's had rice cereal, Cheerios, and prunes.

We also had Caleb's blessing in April. We had a lot of family in town due to BYU graduation, so it was a packed house. Because our stake was having Stake Conference on the day everyone was going to be here, we were able to just have a family blessing at the church instead of cramming 50 people into our apartment. It was a beautiful blessing, complete with Caleb peeing on his outfit right before I handed him off to Danny. The kid's got timing. We had yummy pulled pork sandwiches afterward. Lots of fun!

Now onto our changes. We were able to go to California for Grandpa Crane's funeral. It was a beautiful service and we are so thankful we could be with all our family. We will miss him, but we're so thankful for the knowledge that families are forever and we will have the opportunity to see him again. Just think of it as a graduation!

Danny has started a new job. He finished his last year of teaching and is now working for TEKsystems as an IT Recruiter. It was a hard decision, but it's the best thing for our family. Danny has 13 weeks of training and has been thrown into the world of IT, where apparently they speak a whole other language. We are excited to see where this new road will take us. For now, it's taking us to Taylorsville, UT. We will be moving there in a couple weeks and I'm so excited to pack! (sarcasm) We'll miss our friends and our ward, but look forward to starting fresh.

Ready to find those Easter eggs!

Ellie was an Easter egg hunt pro! Yeah, that's right.
 She found that chocolate bunny.

Ellie found these shoes at Wal-Mart. She kept saying, "These are so cute!" Oh, my child. Hope your fashion sense improves.
Pretty blue eyes.
