Ignore the drool...

We're at the 5 month mark. Holy cow, this girl is growing! Every morning when I get her out of her crib, she seems bigger and older. She is so much fun! She makes every day so perfect and we just love her. So for the past month, Ellie has had several accomplishments.

The Bumbo is still a favorite. She loves to see what's going on. She's pretty cute in it and spends most of the time there with her arms and legs stretched out as far as they can go because she's just so excited.

Ellie's first game of miniature golf. She was happy to be there.
We started solid foods. She loves her some rice cereal. No, she really does.
I was pretty excited.

Yum Yum Yum!

Ellie had her first bbq. We were going to go camping, but it got too cold. So we bundled the girl up and roasted hot dogs with our friends, Laurel and Randall. Ellie went down her first slide that day, too.
Ellie break...Danny got an early Father's Day present. We have the Costco collection of hot dogs, so we invested in a little barbecue for them. We absolutely love it. It opens a whole new world to the dinner area.

Back to Ellie...she is sitting up on her own and averages between zero and 45 seconds. She is smiling pretty much all the time. She has started teething which led to a couple sleepless nights last week. She sings, screams (excited screams), laughs, babbles, and is just so cute all day long. We love her!

So Danny got a job!!! Yay! He'll be teaching at HighMark charter school come August. He's teaching Utah History (7th grade) and U.S. History (8th grade). He's so excited and we've started getting things for his classroom. He's been testing some history questions on me and I'm ashamed to see how rusty I am. Oh well. We'll be moving up to Ogden soon and we're excited to get out of Provo...I mean to start this chapter of life.

Now, more Ellie.
Peek-a-boo!

Love those baby blues!

Showin' some leg.

So sweet.
