Put your past in the behind...

Ok, so I'm a little behind. Make that way behind. Summer has been really good to us and we've been super busy. We've been on lots of fun trips, sold our car, bought a new car, moved, started a new job, celebrated our 2 year anniversary, and enjoyed all the silliness and cuteness of Miss Ellie Ann.

These are Ellie's 6 month pictures. A little late, but she's still cute. She's such a happy girl.

Ellie has become quite the little traveler this summer. We went on an overnight camping trip with Laurel and Randall. She loved being outside. We went to Payson Lakes. It was so beautiful. Fun!

We also went to our Montague family reunion in McCall, Idaho. Ellie did so well on the drive. It was fun to see family and Ellie definitely had plenty of attention. She became a little social butterfly, which explains why she learned to wave so quickly that week.

As soon as we got back from Idaho, we had to pack up and move. It was a little crazy, but thanks to a lot of people, we were able to make it. We love our new apartment and we're excited to get to know a new area and start fresh. Danny has started his training and school starts on Monday. G-O! HighMark go!

This is how Ellie spent her time while we packed.

A couple weeks after the move, Ellie turned 7 months old and Grandma Crane came for a visit. You can totally tell Ellie's a bit more active these days. She had just figured out the whole clapping thing and loved showing us. I think these pictures capture her cute personality and how funny she is.

Clap, Clap!!

Fishy face

Family pic. Ellie was pretty much done with the whole picture thing.

Ellie and I went to Texas for a week to see my family. It was her first plane ride and she pretty much slept through the whole thing! We had lots of fun eating yummy food and Blue Bell ice cream, playing with the bunny, playing ABBA on the Wii, going to the drive-in, and being with family. Poor Danny had to stay behind and work. We missed him.

Ellie's favorite toy while we were in Texas.

The birthday girl and Pops.

Family picture (minus Danny) at the temple.

Ellie and I at the temple almost 2 years to the day Danny and I were married there for time and all eternity. Kind of a depressing picture without Danny.

Happy girl despite the 4 HOUR layover in Vegas.

2 days after Ellie and I got home from Texas, Danny and I celebrated our 2 year anniversary. He got me some beautiful roses and took me out to dinner at what has become our new favorite restaurant in Ogden, Zucca's. It was delicious. I love him so much and I'm grateful for all the experiences we've had so far in our marriage. A lot has happened in 2 years and we've grown closer as a couple through it all. I can't wait to see what we have in our future. It will be a wonderful adventure with my eternal love.

And to close, some random pictures of our precious girl.

Lunch Lady. I'll have the sloppy-joes.

This picture is the epitome of redneck baby. Cracks me up.

Moving day :)

Fourth of July. She fell asleep during the parade. Don't know how that happened.

She uses her feet as her second set of hands.

Pretty sure this was accompanied with a high-pitched scream.

Classic "baby fell asleep while eating" picture.

And that's what we've been up to.
